איזה מידע נאסף: מיקום מדויק (Precise Location) באמצעות מקלט ה־GPS של המכשיר.
מתי נאסף המיקום: אך ורק כאשר המשתמש בוחר באופן פעיל להתחיל ריצה באפליקציה (לחיצה על כפתור "התחל ריצה"), ועד שהמשתמש עוצר את הריצה. האפליקציה אינה אוספת מיקום ברקע בכל זמן אחר.
מעקב כשהמסך כבוי: מעקב הריצה ממשיך גם כאשר המסך כבוי או שעברתם לאפליקציה אחרת, כל עוד הריצה פעילה. זה נעשה עם הרשאת המיקום הרגילה של "בזמן השימוש" יחד עם שירות חזית שמציג התראה קבועה. האפליקציה אינה מבקשת הרשאת מיקום "כל הזמן".
שירות חזית (Foreground Service): במהלך מעקב ריצה, האפליקציה מציגה התראה רציפה במגירת ההתראות ("SAYAROT, מעקב ריצה פעיל") כדי להבהיר שהמיקום שלכם מתועד באותו הרגע. ניתן לעצור את הריצה בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה או על ידי שלילת הרשאת המיקום בהגדרות האנדרואיד.
למה זה משמש:
מי רואה את הנתונים: נתוני המיקום שלכם מאוחסנים בלעדית בחשבון Supabase האישי שלכם ומוגנים על ידי Row Level Security. כברירת מחדל אף משתמש אחר אינו יכול לראותם. החריג היחיד: אם בחרתם בעצמכם להצטרף לקבוצת אימון של מדריך (ראו סעיף 5א), המדריך של אותה קבוצה רואה גם את נתוני הריצה שלכם. אנו איננו מוכרים ואיננו מעבירים נתוני מיקום למפרסמים, לרשתות פרסום, לחברות אנליטיקה או לרשויות שלטוניות. השיתוף היחיד הוא עם מדריך הקבוצה שתואר בסעיף 5א.
ספק המפה: כדי לצייר את המסלול על גבי מפה, אפליקציית האנדרואיד משתמשת ב-Google Maps ואפליקציית האייפון ב-Apple Maps. ספק המפה מקבל את אזור המפה שהאפליקציה מציגה, ובזמן ריצה האזור הזה עוקב אחרי המיקום שלכם. איננו שולחים לו את קובץ המסלול השמור ולא את היסטוריית הריצות שלכם.
שליטה מצד המשתמש: ניתן לבטל את הרשאת המיקום בכל עת דרך Settings → Apps → SAYAROT → Permissions → Location באנדרואיד. ביטול ההרשאה ימנע מעקב ריצות עתידי אך לא ימחק היסטוריית ריצות קיימת.
מחיקת היסטוריית מיקום: ניתן למחוק ריצות בודדות מתוך האפליקציה או למחוק את החשבון כולו במסך הפרופיל. מחיקת חשבון תמחק את כל היסטוריית הריצות לרבות נתוני המיקום בתוך 30 ימים.
החברה נוקטת באמצעי הזהירות המקובלים על מנת לשמור על סודיות המידע. החברה מתחייבת שלא לעשות שימוש בפרטי הלקוחות הרשומים באתר אלא לצרכי תפעול האתר ומתן השירות, ועל מנת לאפשר את ביצוע הרכישה והפקת חשבונית.
אנו לא מוכרים את המידע שלכם לצדדים שלישיים.
מידע משותף עם:
שני שירותי ה-AI הללו פעילים אך ורק בתכונת "ראיון" שהיא תכונה אופציונלית. ניתן להשתמש בכל יתר היכולות של האפליקציה (תוכניות אימון, מעקב ריצות, חוסן מנטלי, טבלת הצטיינות, סטטיסטיקות) ללא הפעלת ה-AI כלל.
הנתונים שלכם מאוחסנים בשרתי Supabase מאובטחים עם הצפנה. כברירת מחדל כל משתמש יכול לגשת רק לנתונים שלו באמצעות Row Level Security (RLS); החריג היחיד מתואר בסעיף 5א. פרטי כרטיסי אשראי לעולם אינם נשמרים בשרתים שלנו. הם מוזנים ומאוחסנים אך ורק על ידי חברת הסליקה GROW בהתאם לתקן PCI-DSS.
מי שמתאמן בקבוצת הכנה יכול לבחור לשייך את החשבון שלו למדריך הקבוצה, כדי שהמדריך יוכל לתת משוב מבוסס נתונים במפגש הבא. השיוך אינו אוטומטי ואינו נעשה על ידינו: הוא מתבצע רק כאשר המתאמן עצמו מזין את קוד ההצטרפות של הקבוצה.
מה המדריך רואה: אילו אימונים הושלמו ומתי, ריצות (מרחק, זמן, קצב ומסלול), תוצאות מבדקי כושר, דירוגי מאמץ, הישגים, וכן ציוני הראיון ותמלילי הראיון.
איזה שם המדריך רואה: אם הצטרפתם דרך דף ההצטרפות באתר, המדריך רואה את השם שהקלדתם שם. אם הצטרפתם מתוך האפליקציה, האפליקציה אינה שולחת שם, והמערכת מציגה למדריך את הכינוי שלכם באפליקציה. אם אין כינוי, מוצג השם מחשבון Apple או Google שאיתו נכנסתם. אם גם הוא חסר, מוצג השם שמסרתם בעת הרכישה, ואם גם הוא חסר, החלק שלפני ה-@ בכתובת הדוא"ל שלכם. אם אין אף אחד מאלה, מוצג "מתאמן".
מה גלוי לפני האישור: מרגע ששלחתם בקשת הצטרפות, המדריך רואה את השם, את שם הקבוצה ואת מועד הבקשה, וכן אם כבר ביקשתם להצטרף לקבוצה הזאת בעבר, עוד לפני שאישר אתכם. נתוני האימון שלכם נחשפים לו רק אחרי שאישר את הבקשה.
הודעות מהמדריך: המדריך יכול לשלוח לקבוצה כולה או למתאמן מסוים הודעת טקסט, ולצרף אליה תמונה, סרטון שהוא מעלה או קישור לסרטון ביוטיוב. תמונות וסרטונים נשמרים אצלנו באחסון פרטי, ונפתחים דרך קישור זמני שתקף לשעה אחת. את הקישור יכולים לייצר חברי הקבוצה שאתם בה, ולא משתמשים מחוצה לה. כשההודעה כוללת קישור ליוטיוב, התמונה הממוזערת נטענת משרתי Google, והקישור נפתח באפליקציית יוטיוב או בדפדפן, כך ש-Google מקבלת את כתובת ה-IP של המכשיר בדיוק כמו בכל צפייה ביוטיוב. מי שמצטרף לקבוצה רואה גם הודעות קבוצתיות מ-30 הימים שקדמו לאישור ההצטרפות.
סימון נקרא: הפעם הראשונה שאתם פותחים הודעה נרשמת אצלנו יחד עם השעה. המדריך רואה כמה מהנמענים פתחו כל הודעה. בהודעה שנשלחה אליכם בלבד המשמעות היא שהמדריך יודע אם פתחתם אותה.
מה המדריך יכול לעשות: המדריך יכול לשבץ אימון בתוכנית האימונים שלכם בתאריך שהוא בוחר, לכל הקבוצה או למתאמנים מסוימים. אימון כזה מסומן באפליקציה בתגית "מהמדריך". כברירת מחדל הוא מחליף את האימון שהתוכנית בנתה לאותו יום; האימון המקורי נשמר ומוחזר אוטומטית אם המדריך מבטל את השיבוץ. המדריך אינו יכול לשנות או למחוק אימון שכבר ביצעתם. מי שמצטרף לקבוצה מאוחר יותר מקבל גם שיבוצים קבוצתיים עתידיים שנקבעו לפני ההצטרפות. אפשר לבטל את השיוך בכל רגע ממסך הפרופיל באפליקציה, ואז אימונים ששובצו ועוד לא בוצעו חוזרים לתוכנית המקורית.
מה המדריך לא רואה: פרטי תשלום, מספר טלפון, הצהרת הבריאות ונתונים של מתאמנים שאינם בקבוצה שלו.
ביטול: אפשר לבטל את השיוך בכל רגע ממסך הפרופיל באפליקציה. מרגע הביטול המדריך מפסיק לראות את הנתונים שלכם. כל צפייה של מדריך בנתוני מתאמן נרשמת אצלנו ביומן גישה.
המדריך הוא גורם עצמאי שאינו מועסק על ידינו, והוא האחראי להסביר לכם מראש מה השיוך כולל. אם לא ביקשתם להצטרף לקבוצה, שום מדריך אינו רואה דבר.
אם בחרתם לחבר את האפליקציה ל-Apple Health (iOS) או ל-Health Connect (Android) במסך 'חיבורים', האפליקציה קוראת מהם אימוני ריצה שנרשמו על ידי שעון או אפליקציה אחרת: סוג הפעילות, שעת התחלה וסיום, מרחק, משך, דופק ממוצע, שם המכשיר ושם האפליקציה שרשמה את הריצה. ריצה נשמרת אצלנו רק אחרי שאישרתם אותה במסך האישור, ואז היא מטופלת כמו כל ריצה באפליקציה: היא משלימה את אימון הריצה של אותו יום, נכללת בהתקדמות שלכם, ואם הצטרפתם לקבוצת אימון, מוצגת למדריך הקבוצה. הדופק ושם המכשיר מוצגים למדריך רק כל עוד החיבור פעיל.
האפליקציה כותבת גם את הריצות שנמדדו בה (זמן, מרחק ומסלול) אל Apple Health או Health Connect כדי שיופיעו לצד שאר האימונים שלכם. אפשר לכבות את זה בכל רגע במסך 'חיבורים'.
נתוני הבריאות אינם משמשים לפרסום או לשיווק ואינם נמכרים או מועברים לצד שלישי מלבד מדריך הקבוצה כמתואר. הנתונים נשמרים עם החשבון ונמחקים במחיקת החשבון. אפשר לנתק בכל רגע ממסך 'חיבורים' ולבטל את ההרשאה גם בהגדרות המערכת. ריצות שכבר יובאו נשארות ביומן שלכם, אך הדופק ושם המכשיר מפסיקים להיות מוצגים למדריך.
האפליקציה והאתר משתמשים בעוגיות חיוניות לצורך:
מדידת שימוש אנונימית: באתר השיווקי (sayarot.com) אנו מודדים שימוש באמצעות Vercel Web Analytics, מדידה אנונימית ללא עוגיות וללא זיהוי אישי של המבקר.
עוגיות מדידת פרסום (Google Ads), בכפוף להסכמה בלבד: אם המבקר בוחר ״אישור הכול״ בבאנר העוגיות, אנו טוענים את תג המדידה של Google Ads. התג מודד המרות בלבד, כלומר כמה מבקרים נרשמו או רכשו לאחר שנחשפו למודעות שלנו, באמצעות עוגיית צד ראשון (למשל _gcl_au). אנו משתמשים בו למדידה בלבד. איננו מפעילים פרסום מותאם אישית ואיננו בונים קהלי רימרקטינג מהתנועה הזו (ad_personalization מושבת). המבקר יכול לבחור ״חיוניות בלבד״ ואז עוגיות אלה אינן נטענות כלל, וניתן לחזור מההסכמה בכל עת באמצעות ניקוי העוגיות בדפדפן. נתוני המדידה מעובדים על ידי Google LLC ועשויים לעבור לשרתיה בארה״ב.

הנתונים שלכם נשמרים כל עוד חשבונכם פעיל. במקרה של מחיקת חשבון, כל הנתונים האישיים יימחקו תוך 30 ימים.
חשבוניות ופרטי תשלום נשמרים בהתאם לדרישות החוק הישראלי (פקודת מס הכנסה, שמירת ספרי חשבונות) למשך 7 שנים.
האפליקציה מיועדת למשתמשים בגיל 16 ומעלה. משתמשים מתחת לגיל 18 נדרשים לאישור הורה או אפוטרופוס לפני השימוש באפליקציה ולפני ביצוע רכישה.
אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים מתחת לגיל 16. אם נודע לנו שאספנו מידע כזה, נמחק אותו לאלתר.

What we collect: precise location (PRECISE_LOCATION) via the device's GPS receiver.
When we collect it: only when the user actively starts a run in the app (taps the "Start run" button) and until the user stops the run. The app does not collect location in the background at any other time.
Tracking with the screen off: run tracking continues when the screen is off or you switch to another app, for as long as a run is active. This runs under the ordinary "While Using" location permission together with a foreground service that shows a persistent notification. The app does not request the "Always" location permission.
Foreground service: while a run is being tracked, the app shows a persistent notification in the system notification shade ("SAYAROT, Run tracking active") so the user is always aware that their location is being recorded. The run can be stopped at any time from within the app or by revoking the location permission in Android Settings.
Why we use it:
Who sees the data: location data is stored exclusively in the user's personal Supabase account, protected by Row Level Security, so by default no other user can see it. The one exception is a prep-group instructor you chose to link your account to by entering their group code; you can unlink at any time from the app profile screen. We do not sell or transfer location data to advertisers, ad networks, analytics companies, or government entities. The only sharing is the prep-group instructor described in Section 9A.
Map provider: to draw your route on a map, the Android app uses Google Maps and the iPhone app uses Apple Maps. The map provider receives the map region the app displays, and during a run that region follows your position. We do not send it your stored route file or your run history.
User control: the location permission can be revoked at any time via Settings → Apps → SAYAROT → Permissions → Location on Android. Revoking the permission prevents future run tracking but does not delete existing run history.
Deleting location history: individual runs can be deleted from within the app, or the entire account can be deleted from the profile screen. Account deletion erases all run history including location data within 30 days.

Both AI services are used only by the Interview feature, which is optional. The rest of the app (training plans, run tracking, mental resilience, leaderboard, statistics) works without invoking either AI service.

Anonymous usage measurement: on the marketing site (sayarot.com) we measure usage with Vercel Web Analytics: anonymous, cookieless measurement with no personal identification of visitors.
Advertising measurement cookies (Google Ads), consent-based only: if the visitor selects "Accept all" in the cookie banner, we load the Google Ads tag. It is used for conversion measurement only, meaning how many visitors signed up or purchased after seeing our ads, via a first-party cookie (e.g. _gcl_au). We use it for measurement only. We do not run personalized advertising and do not build remarketing audiences from this traffic (ad_personalization is disabled). Visitors can choose "Essential only", in which case these cookies are never loaded, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing browser cookies. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to its servers in the United States.
Usage measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4), consent-based only: alongside the Google Ads tag, and only after the visitor selects "Accept all", we also load Google Analytics 4. It measures how visitors use the site, meaning which pages were viewed and where the traffic came from, via first-party cookies (e.g. _ga). IP addresses are truncated (anonymize_ip) and Google Signals is disabled, so we do not link this data to signed-in Google accounts and do not build cross-device profiles or remarketing audiences. Choosing "Essential only" prevents these cookies from loading at all. This data is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred to its servers in the United States.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
Invoices and payment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Israeli tax law (Income Tax Ordinance, bookkeeping requirements). Credit card details are never stored on our servers; they are entered and stored only by GROW in compliance with PCI-DSS.
This application is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent before using the application and before making any purchase.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@sayarot.com.
Your data is stored on encrypted Supabase servers with Row Level Security (RLS). By default each user can only access their own data. The one exception is a prep-group instructor you chose to link your account to by entering their group code, who can then see your training data (completed workouts, runs including routes, fitness tests, effort ratings, achievements, and interview scores and transcripts) until you unlink from the app profile screen. Section 9A below describes that exception in full.
Which name the instructor sees: if you joined through the join page on the website, the instructor sees the name you typed on that page. If you joined from inside the app, the app sends no name, and the instructor is shown your in-app nickname. If you have no nickname, we show the name from the Apple or Google account you signed in with. If that is missing too, we show the name you gave when purchasing, and if that is missing as well, the part of your email address before the @. If none of those exist, the instructor sees "מתאמן".
What is visible before approval: from the moment you send a join request, the instructor sees your name, the group, the time of the request and whether you have asked to join this group before, all before approving you. Your training data becomes visible only after the instructor approves the request.
Messages from the instructor: the instructor can send a text message to the whole group or to one trainee, and can attach a photo, a video they upload, or a link to a YouTube video. Photos and videos are held in our private storage, and are opened through a temporary link valid for one hour. The link can be generated by members of the group the message belongs to, and by no one outside it. When a message carries a YouTube link, the thumbnail is loaded from Google servers and the link opens in the YouTube app or the browser, so Google receives the device IP address exactly as it would for any YouTube view. Someone who joins a group also sees group messages from the 30 days before their join request was approved.
Read marks: The first time you open a message we record that, with the time. The instructor sees how many recipients opened each message. For a message sent to you alone, that means the instructor knows whether you opened it.
If you connect the app to Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) on the Connections screen, the app reads running workouts recorded by a watch or another app: activity type, start and end time, distance, duration, average heart rate, the device name and the name of the app that recorded it. A run is stored by us only after you confirm it on the confirmation sheet; it is then treated like any run recorded in the app: it completes that day's planned run, counts toward your progress, and, if you joined a training group, is shown to the group's instructor. Heart rate and device name are shown to the instructor only while the connection is active.
The app also writes runs it recorded itself (time, distance and route) to Apple Health or Health Connect so they appear alongside your other workouts. You can turn this off at any time on the Connections screen.
Health data is never used for advertising or marketing and is never sold or shared with third parties other than the group instructor as described. It is kept with your account and deleted when the account is deleted. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections screen and revoke the permission in the system settings; runs already imported stay in your log, but heart rate and device name stop being shown to the instructor.
